Camp Caraway is the perfect site for a summer camp program. Whether your choose to participate in one of our sponsored programs, or are simply using Camp Caraway as a host site, you are sure to experience all of the wonderful things about Camp Caraway. Camp Caraway specializes in hosting and programming for children, youth, and young adults through church camps, group retreats, school programs, picnics, and field trips to name a few.

Caraway Day Camps is our summer camp program for boys and girls, ages 7 to 10. Day camp allows children from the local community the opportunity to play, make friends, explore nature, and learn all about God through a fun and uplifting experience. Day camp is held Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm during the summer. For more information about Caraway Day Camps, click here.

Camp Caraway for Boys is an exciting summer camp program sponsored by North Carolina Baptist Men. The camp program is for boys, ages 9 to 17. Camp Caraway for Boys includes all of the wonderful aspects of a traditional summer camp program, with an added emphasis on the Christian faith, missions education, and outdoor living skills. Campers need not be Baptist, or a member of a church in order to attend camp.

Christian High Adventure is a program offered through Camp Caraway for Boys that allows boys and co-ed groups the unique experience of backpacking, rock climbing, and canoeing high in the mountains of North Carolina and Virginia.

Camp Caraway for Boys bases its programs on the Christian idea that each camper is a person of worth, and is created in the image of God. Each camper is important and each has something unique and significant to contribute to the camp. This idea is applied to each activity and to every aspect of the camp program. Camp Caraway for Boys has a goal to instill within each camper the desire to be all that God created him to be.

Since 1963, more than 60,000 campers have been challenged toward strengthening their Christian walk at Camp Caraway.

Camp Caraway can assist your group in planning your own church camp. We can provide package pricing, theme suggestions, sample forms and schedules, and other planning assistance. Numerous schools and churches host their own summer camp programs here at Camp Caraway. A favorite bonus for our camp groups is to include a trip to the nearby NC Zoo for their participants.
